UK Charity Challenges
Bespoke, privately-run charity events
For charity and for fun – exciting ways to raise lots of money!
Make your fundraising efforts more effective by doing something amazing. We have specially-designed charity challenges in Yorkshire, the Peak District, the Lake District, Wales and Scotland. Get involved!
Conquer England, Scotland and Wales in a single day. The National Three Peaks Challenge has 2,926m of climbing (nearly 10,000ft) and a total walking distance of 36km (22 miles). Reckon you have what it takes?
Take on the famous Yorkshire 3 Peaks in God’s Own Country, covering just over 23 miles. For something different, why not abseil from the K2 building in Hull? You could always do some climbing at Brimham Rocks or get MAD with us on a multi-activity adventure day.
Peak District Challenges
Test yourself in a huge range of challenges in the Peak District. The Great Cloud Walker, The Tissington Thrasher, Edale Skyline and Matlock Madness are just a few. If you’re feeling brave, you could even go dark in the Kinder Scout Night Hike!
Lake District Challenges
Conquer England at Scafell Pike at 978m high or do the same Scafell by Starlight for some mesmerising views. Pick up your oars for dragon boating in our Dragon of the Lakes challenge or take on one of the UK’s most notorious challenge, the Hard Man of Coniston. Yikes!
Challenges in Wales
Our charity challenges in Wales are all about conquering the mighty Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales at 1,085m. We’d also recommend Snowdon by Starlight where you’ll climb in the night, witnessing dramatic meteor showers and reaching the summit at first light.
Challenges in Scotland
Take a true test of UK mountain climbing by reaching the summit of legendary Ben Nevis for some breathtaking views. Go one extra and climb in the dark in our Ben Nevis Night Hike challenge, using only the light of the stars, the moon and your head torch to get you up to the top.
A truly special journey, our Hadrian’s Wall walking challenge is the perfect event for charity. You’ll walk across Northumberland alongside the UNESCO World Heritage site and Europe’s largest surviving Roman monument. Trek for three days to Haltwhistle, the centre of Britain.
