Emergency Contact Telephone number – Given to: UK office staff only
Medical conditions you have and any medication you take – Given to: UK office staff, your guide and any suppliers directly responsible for the provision of your services.
Your weight – Given to: UK office staff, your guide and any suppliers directly responsible for the provision of your services.
Your height – Given to: UK office staff, your guide and any suppliers directly responsible for the provision of your services.
For overseas trips only:
Photocopy of your passport and picture of yourself – Given to: UK office staff, your guide and in-country suppliers directly responsible for the provision of your services and the relevant permit office or immigration department.
Travel insurance details – Given to: UK office staff, your guide and in-country suppliers directly responsible for the provision of your services.
All this information is transferred to the relevant parties in accordance with UK data protection laws.
