Payment

All of our trips require a £200 deposit. The remainder of the trip balance must be paid 60 days before the start date of your tour. Monthly payment plans can be set up on request. The deposit is due within 7 days of booking to hold your place. If departure is less than 60 days away the full balance of the tour is due immediately. Lost Earth Adventures will send you an invoice by email for the trip balance. All deposits are non-refundable.

On receipt of the deposit you will be sent a welcome email with trip joining instructions and a kit list.

You can either ring us on 01904 500094 to pay with a card over the phone or pay online using the method below.

For your safety and security credit/debit card payments are processed through Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay via credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on the Pay Now button below and get directed to the secure PayPal site, ignoring the option to log into PayPal and choose the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

Please state your full name with the BACS reference. You can also pay at any UK branch of Barclays giving these details or come and visit us to pay cash.

If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must therefore insist that you contact our offices before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you choose.

After the deposit has been paid and before the departure of your trip; each participant will need to complete a booking form and if permits are required for the area you are visiting we will also need a copy of your passport and a passport sized photo. We hold data in accordance with British law and to find out how we use this data please see our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change our prices until the moment you pay your deposit. Once your deposit has been paid there is a guaranteed no price change. There are no hidden charges or extras, the price we quote you when you book is the price you and your group will be paying. There is no extra fee to pay via credit card for the deposit but if you pay via credit card for future instalments or the final balance there will be a 2% fee added. If you choose to pay via debit card, BACS or cheque then there are no extra fees.
