Payment Instructions for Private Mountain Biking Courses
If you would like to have your own personal instructor(s) for the day as apposed to joining an open group event then please read the following carefully.
How to book
To reserve your place we require a £100 deposit immediately for yourself or your group. Extra people can be added at a later date. There can be no more than 10 people with 1 instructor. If there is going to be more than 10 people in your group then you will need to let us know at time of booking so we can make arrangements for another guide. Please note that we can be very busy in the summer months and we will usually need at least 2 weeks notice when booking. If you require more than one instructor we require payment in full for the first instructor immediately and the balance will be due 30 days before the start of the course.

Credit/debit Card Instructions
For your safety and security credit/debit card payments are processed through PayPal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay via credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on the ‘Pay Now’ button below and get directed to the secure PayPal site. Ignoring the option to log into PayPal, look to the bottom of the page where it says ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ Click to use a credit/debit card and follow the prompts.
When you make your purchase via debit/credit card there is an option to “add a note”. Please mention when ordering:
- Your name and email address
- Your chosen course, time and date and whether it is a full, half or multi-day course
- Estimated number of participants

PayPal
To pay via PayPal simply click on the ‘Pay Now’ button below and follow the prompts. There is an option to “add a note”. Please mention when ordering:

Information
Children 6 or older are most welcome on our activities but please let us know when booking how many and what ages they are. We have no upper age limit, as long as you have the determination and a sense of adventure!

Transport
These prices do not include transport to the venue. If your group requires transport please contact us for more information. We use a local transport company that is reasonably priced. For example, a minibus for a group of 16 people from York city centre to Brimham Rocks costs £200 return and for 8 people £150.
Gift Certificates
Additionally, you can buy any of our courses as a gift certificate for a friend or relative to be redeemed whenever they like!
