What to Bring
We will provide you with all the equipment you need and our qualified instructors will take care of everything else. You simply need to bring:
- Comfortable and warm clothes to change into after your activities
- Spending money for tea/snacks
- Pair of old trousers or shorts to wear over the wetsuit to protect it (Gorge Walk)
- Old boots or shoes you don’t mind getting wet (must be closed toe)
- If you want to wear something under a wetsuit please make sure it is synthetic material (rash vest, technical hiking ‘T’ shirt or similar)
- For caving we recommend three warm layers for the upper body (i.e T-shirt, sweat shirt and fleece top), warm trousers (jogging or cargo trousers but no denim) and thin warm hat to fit under your helmet
