Lost Earth Adventures currently does not sell flights.

When you book a Land Only Package with us, your booking is 100% fully bonded and secure as per the legal requirements set out by the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.

Please do not purchase flights until your trip is ‘guaranteed’. You can find the status of your trip on the webpage of your chosen holiday. Please also wait for us to confirm your place on a trip before buying air tickets.

Travel Insurance

Campbell Irvine provides insurance that is tailored to the needs of most of our guests, however you must check that the premium you pay covers any personal requirements you have, all the activities you are doing on your trip and the altitudes you are visiting. Lost Earth Adventures Ltd accept no responsibility whatsoever for any information, services or products provided by any of the websites we suggest or link to on this website.

Visit Campbell Irvine to arrange cover or to obtain a quotation.

You will be asked to read the policy documents carefully to ensure you are happy the cover provided, which is offered on a Non Advised basis from a single insurer. Lost Earth Adventures Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Campbell Irvine Ltd.

The policy includes certain terms conditions, exclusions, and excesses. In particular, the cover is excluded for any defined pre-existing medical condition from which you or any person upon whom travel depends are suffering. If in doubt please contact the insurer’s medical helpline as additional cover may be purchased directly from the insurer’s medical screening helpline for certain pre-existing medical conditions.

Campbell Irvine Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This can be checked on the FCA’s register by visiting the FCA’s website at www.fca.org.uk or by contacting them on 0845 606 1234.

If Campbell Irvine’s insurance is not suitable for your needs, some other reputable companies for travel insurance are the BMC, Snowcard and Dogtag.

It is a condition of us accepting your booking that you agree you will have obtained adequate travel insurance for your trip before the start of your tour. You are strongly advised to insure yourself against any possible risk that may occur. You are required to carry proof of insurance with you at all times and provide the details of the policy to us before your departure. Lost Earth Adventures Ltd will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience due to an inappropriate policy. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any insurance policy whether purchased from the insurers listed above or another provider.

Travel Insurance Must Include:

Your insurance must include cover for; medical expenses, injury, death, cost of repatriation and evacuation via whatever means necessary including by helicopter or air ambulance. If in the event of an emergency you need medical rescue, hospital treatment, repatriation or evacuation from a trip either by foot, helicopter or otherwise and your insurance company will not pay these costs the responsibility for the payment of such costs will lie with you.
