How to reserve a place on your chosen tour

Alternatively, fill in the form below. This reserves your place on your chosen tour for 7 days. You must pay a £200 deposit per person to secure your spot on your chosen tour within these 7 days or you will forfeit your reservation. The balance of the trip will be due 60 days before the start of your tour, unless you book within 60 days of the start of the tour, then the full amount will be required immediately. Monthly payment plans can be set up on request. If you choose to book online, please enter your details below and follow the prompts. You can pay via BACS, PayPal or by cheque/postal order/bankers draft or by credit/debit card.

If you have a discount voucher you will still need to pay a £200 deposit. We will subtract the discount when we send you the invoice for the balance of the trip.

When you complete the form below, a member of our team will send you a welcome email with trip joining instructions and a kit list.
