We Raised £412 for Edale Mountain Rescue!
Lost Earth Adventures supported Edale Mountain Rescue Team by running a charity abseil at Millers Dale Viaduct in the Peak District on 16th March 2024.
We provided the staff and the equipment free-of-charge, and lots of daring participants leaped off the viaduct!
Edale Mountain Rescue Team runs entirely from charitable donations, and it is the generosity of the general public that allows them to continue the important work they do. It costs around £80,000 per year to keep the team operational.
In 2023, Edale team members were involved in 147 incidents throughout Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
