At Lost Earth Adventures we don’t sell flights or travel insurance. We will however save you the time and effort by finding flights for you. We will search the best deal for your requests and budget and put you in contact with the ATOL registered agent to buy direct. If you would like to look for flights yourself we have some recommendations below.

The following airlines have regular scheduled flights from various UK airports to Kathmandu:

Insurance

Appropriate travel insurance is mandatory for all clients traveling with Lost Earth Adventures. You must advise your insurers of any existing medical conditions and ensure that you have written confirmation that such conditions are fully insured. You must also disclose all of the activities you plan to participate in and the altitudes you will be traveling to.

It is a condition of us accepting your booking that you agree you will have obtained travel insurance for your trip before the start of your tour. You are strongly advised to insure yourself against any possible risk that may occur. You are required to carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by Lost Earth Adventures employees or suppliers. Lost Earth Adventures will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience due to an inappropriate policy. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any insurance policy whether purchased from our recommended insurers or another provider.

Your insurance must include cover for; medical expenses, injury, death, cost of repatriation and evacuation via whatever means necessary including by helicopter or air ambulance. If, in the event of an emergency you need medical rescue, hospital treatment, repatriation or evacuation from a trip either by foot, helicopter or otherwise and your insurance company will not pay these costs the responsibility for the payment of such costs will lie with you.
